In a coaxial cable the transmission circuit is formed by three
functional elements (Inner conductor, di-electric & Outer
conductor). All three elements are concentric. The materials
and dimensions of these three elements determine the transmission
and the other electrical characteristics of the coaxial cable.

all environmental conditions.
